Explain per-visit pricing?
We believe that our clients shouldn’t worry about limits and shouldn’t be paying high monthly fees. Our pricing guarantees that you’ll pay only based on your usage. You’ll be billed a small fee per patient visit.
What about the monthly minimum?
If your monthly bill is $30 or more, you won’t pay a monthly minimum. If it’s less, you’ll only pay the difference.
Are there other fees?
There are no other therapyBOSS fees. If you submit claims to insurance payers, you’ll need a clearinghouse service. You choose your own clearinghouse and your cost with them, if any, is between you and them.
How is pricing applied with multiple locations?
If you create separate accounts to manage your independently-run locations, each one will get its own bill. Each account could incur the monthly minimum. Volume discount will be calculated based on visits across accounts if you let us know. There is a single 30-day free trial that starts when you create your first account and ends for all accounts after the 30-day period.
Can we add unlimited users and clinicians?
Because therapyBOSS imposes no limits on users and you aren’t charged any user fees, you can add as many users and clinicians as needed.
How are we billed?
therapyBOSS invoices are generated on the 5th of each month for patient visits submitted in the previous month. Only new visits are billed for. If you make a change to a visit that has been billed already, you won’t be billed for it again.
When does my 30-day free trial begin?
Your free trial begins when you sign up in therapyBOSS. Patient visits documented during free trial won’t be billed for.
Will I be charged if I quit before the free trial ends?
No, you won’t incur service charges if patient visits are not created beyond the 30-day free trial.
Will I be able to access my data if I quit?
Yes, you’ll be able to log in to your therapyBOSS account provided that it’s in good standing per Terms of Service.
